By registering for a class with Studio ORO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Required Documentation
   All students must submit the following signed forms before being admitted to class:

   • Official Registration Form

   • Liability Waiver

   • Non-Lawyer Disclosure Form

   These forms must be submitted either:

   • Via email prior to the first day of class, or

   • In person on the first day of class.

2. Payment Policy

   • Payment is required in full at the time of registration.

   • This payment is non-refundable if the required forms are not signed and submitted, resulting in the student being ineligible to attend.

   • We do not offer partial refunds for missed classes or early withdrawal.

3. Submission Preference

   • If you prefer to submit forms by email, please indicate this in the message box on the registration page or contact us directly.

4. No Legal Advice Provided

   • Please note that Studio ORO and its representatives are not licensed attorneys and do not provide legal advice. The Non-Lawyer Disclosure Form ensures your understanding and agreement to this condition.
