Fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish, she has taught and led programs across China, Germany, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States, cultivating a truly global perspective. As the visionary behind several companies, she combines creative thinking with hands-on execution — whether developing youth enrichment programs, launching digital education platforms, or leading community-driven initiatives. Jacob Lee

Jacob Lee is a highly experienced Brazilian-style chef with a deep-rooted passion for Brazilian cuisine and culture. After living in Brazil for over a decade, Jacob not only mastered the country’s diverse culinary traditions but also formed his family and built a trusted kitchen team that still operates there today.

A former military serviceman, Jacob proudly served in Afghanistan in the early 2000s before retiring and pursuing his lifelong love of cooking full-time. Today, he works with restaurants as a culinary consultant and runs a successful food blog focused on Brazilian cooking. Beyond his professional work, Jacob is deeply committed to educating others—sharing the richness, history, and heart behind Brazil’s cuisine through teaching, storytelling, and authentic food experiences.

Fabian is the executive assistant to our founder, Tezy. He has been with the company and the company's affiliated brands since the beginning.

He is dedicated to bringing the best solutions to the company's daily works and aimed to bring innovative strategy to the current projects.

Fabian has worked alongside global enterprises, countries involving China, U.S., and Brazil. Understanding the global picture of the industry and proactive with connecting more potential international partners on board.
